GIFT VOUCHERS issued by ICETWICE are valid for one year from date of issue and may be exchanged for goods and services at full retail price and which are not part of any other offer, reduction, promotion or special offer. If in doubt, please enquire prior to purchase.


Ordering ICETWICE Gift Vouchers:


You can buy vouchers in a single transaction online. For multiple sets of vouchers or corporate gift vouchers, please call 01234 714499 for advice.


You can pay using a debit card, or Visa or Mastercard credit card, or American Express charge card. Your order and payment will be processed and your voucher despatched by return.

Delivery of vouchers purchased online, or by telephone, or instore for delivery by mail.


Standard Delivery on vouchers is £2.95.


Next working day delivery is available on all amounts and costs £4.95. To order please call 01234 714499. Orders must be placed by midday for next working day delivery.


For standard deliveries your gift vouchers will usually be despatched after 2 working days, unless you wish to specify an alternative delivery date beyond that.


We deliver to any UK address with a Royal Mail postcode. Please note that the Royal Mail delivery service requires a signature on receipt for all gift voucher orders over £30. If no-one is there to sign for the vouchers, a card will be left by the postman with instructions on what to do.


We deliver Monday to Saturday except public holidays, and there are no deliveries between 24th December - 4th January.
